I don't work for KPMG but I have worked with consulting teams from KPMG on a few occasions. I've also worked with PWC, Deloitte and Accenture a few times too. All were on IT projects. I'm writing to say that while I can't say what it's like to work inside KPMG, I can tell you that everytime I encountered problems with consulting staff on projects (big egos, aggressive business tactics, rude,...

The worst employer ever!! They claim to have great benefits and you can move to different locations, but in reality they don't want you to make full use of the benefits and you're stuck where you are, they make moving very difficult and the recruiters are awful, don't return phonecalls or anything. Too much power is given to senior managers, and friends & relatives get hired easily, it's who you...

I guess the Victoria office is ok. I find the place just average with no really bad or really good standing out. I thinks it's kind of bland.

Worked with several big 5 companies in various countries inlcuding other offices of KPMG. KPMG Calgary is the worst office that i have worked for. They are far far away from diversity and inclusion. Company run at the whims of individuals and without any overall integrity and ethics towards treatment of employees.

This is concerning the Edmonton office on a whole. It is certainly one of the most progressive of the KPMG offices and certainly has more growth opportunities then many.

This office promotes opportunity and continues to improve upon its management and strategies. It is a place in which we come to work smiling at eachother more days then not.

From my discussions with colleagues at other firms, KPMG is by far the most progressive of the Big 4 in Canada. People are fantastic because of the firm's recruiting strategy.

This rating is related to KPMG Risk Advisory Services in Vancouver, BC. Top heavy organization. One or two excellent senior managers, but on aggregate most senior managers are only able to provide "vague" guidance on what they want. Staff retention is an issue. Unhappy staff due to lack of recognition, despite hard work. Some managers/senior managers micromanage excessively.
