Junktion - Had a good overall vision but lacked in connecting with its staff. High turnover. A good place to sharpen your teeth if you're just starting out your career. Not very professional. Still needs a lot more developement and growth as a company.

I was wondering why they always seem to have job positings on Craigslist for the same area...Except this time they didn't even include their company name in the ad...

Marketing needs a lot of help. PR also gone down the drains. What was once big and beautiful is now a sad shadow of what it once was.

Junktion - A founder-based business, it continues to operate in "start up" mode and is not as aggressive as it once was. Overall, a fun place to work but as soon as you get to know your colleagues they're gone due to high turnover. A great place for junior employees, fresh out of university looking to gain a little experience.
