Worked in the call-centre. The let you feel like you've arrived when you come on board. But what I took away was nothing but how bullied I was every single day by team leads to close sales. Another long-lasting memory will be management's timing with regards to BC company rating surveys: They'd do lots of morale-boosting stuff for staff right up till the deadline for the surveys. Once they were in, literally the day after, there'd be massive layoffs. This tactic worked. Still I can never understand how this company stays at the top of the list for best company to work for in BC.
