1st Choice is a excellent company to work for. There benefits are good...better then my last employer. The one thing that I dislike about the company is that there is to many executives, for a company our size we should only have 3, however they have 5 which is a little top heavy in my opinion. The cooperative principles are the core of the credit union and they encourage employees to follow them.
