Is unfriendly towards students, inflexible and rigid in structure and will die off like the dinosaurs, utilize marketing practices that were relevant 15 years ago... Inability to evolve as technology and hr practices evolve. Commission structure is poor, and benefits minimal. High front end work with only benefits of writing off expenses but expenses = about 40% of overall income.
