When I was threatened physically by another emplyee several times, even in front of managers, I was told that it was up to me to resolve the problem. I never have threatened said individual and it was quite clear as to who the agressor was. There appears to be a gang mentality pervading this call center and I would advise everyone to look ANYWHERE ELSE for employment.
