Really good flexibility since so much work is done remotely. With so much passion in the company (from top to bottom) I think it's important that the company finds ways to continue rewarding that over the top investment from staff. The company does an incredible job recognizing staff, and rewards staff well. The cultural focus on being generous feels good. I just hope that as the company grows it doesn't lose that high impact and strong support feeling it has right now.
