The Corporate Culture is driven by Wall Street. The focus is on "every 90 days"; if the company does not meet the typically overstated 90 day target, then all hell breaks loose. The Management is poor and political, staffed by those "who don't know" how the business operates at the customer level. Employee retention levels have gotten worse over the last five years. Many new employees leave within 12 months. The business model changes at least once a year - meaning that it is impossible to track meaningful results. Morale is poor. The review process is brutal and subjective - people who don't know you sit-in and contribute to your performance review. The Domestic President literally told us in 2007 that "if things are so bad he doesn't understand why people stay - as there are no bars on the windows." (a direct quote)
