As a franchise owner, I can attest to the folowing: if you want to work 90 hrs + a week with no, zero appreciation for what you do, work outside in all weather conditions and run a 24/7 operation, well you come to the right place. the money sucks and the management is heavy handed and one sided, worst descision of my life.
