4Refuel has zero advancement opportuntity unless you are friends with the management. They are extremely unorganized. The favortism in this company goes overboard to the point of being obvious. The maintence on equipment is laughable. The boss can take a 2 week vacation every month but an employee can't afford a sick day without getting screamed at or fired. The compensation is low for what you are doing. The only way to get a raise is suck up to the boss. You get no recognition for doing a good job at all.
