This organisation has to be the worst managed group I have ever encountered. With 15 years consulting in the field, and exposure to quite a number of companies this takes the cake. With such terrible communication, horrible lack of vision, a management team crippled with indecision and zero capacity to follow through as a team employees are left stressed, unfocused and unsure of the next day.
