  • Favoritism among sales representatives creates an environment where you cannot trust anyone, much animosity among coworkers. No structure - sales reps sell advertising at any rate they choose meaning one customer may be paying 3 times what another may be paying for the same "exposure." Unethical - management turns a blind eye to sales reps lying to customers on the sales floor. Zero support, zero ongoing training. Their initial training is infantile. Only the biggest liars with boiler room mentality who are being fed leads daily make it here. Very high turnover of employees. No dress code - jeans and running shoes and gawdy tee shirts are perfectly acceptable. Management rules with an iron fist.
