They play themselves as a "nice" Family Business and run Four stores on Vancouver island. "Family Business" is code word for "we fire you/ cut your hours when we want and we will pay you a terrible wage in contrast to your large workload" I was literally let go after 3 weeks because the managers found some pretty girls and decided they don't need a guy working in the front of a bakery. Management is horrible, literally the week I got let go was the same week they FINALLY got back to me about my wage, the Head manager is very un-personable and is never around as well. I would not recommend this employer, there is very little job security and it seems they only look to "trade up" opposed to properly staffing.
