Very small company with absolutely no room for growth. They complain when you want to take your vacation and will most likely never let you take more than a week off at a time. They get really angry and moody when you take a lunch break and prefer people to work 9 to 6PM without a lunch break or moving from their desks. Won't hire a receptionist so designers are expected to answer the phones and are yelled at when they don't answer them properly. Everyone is expected to clean the office as part of their "professional" duties. A very stressful environment, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very disorganized with no protocols, everything is last minute, and no matter how hard you work it is NEVER enough and you will never be appreciated. Save your talents and hard-work for some place else.
