A very friendly working environment. The supervisors are pleasant and kind. Raises are given based on hours worked, not relative to quality of performance, which may be a drawback if you feel you want additional recognition for a job well done. For instance, if you are working at a rate of twice the average employee and not given any raise - it can be discouraging. It is surprising that they allow the employees (interviewers) to read newspapers, even novels, while working (dialing). Amazing how they can concentrate on the job! In this aspect, the supervisors are very lenient. There is favoritism, as is evident in many organizations.
