A great place to work. The combination of interesting, challenging, and meaningful work, great benefits, and top notch people creates an atmosphere that is better than most other places I've worked at. Is it perfect? No. But they are constantly making improvements to address issues, and overall it's still a very positive environment. There are also a number of high quality individuals in leadership positions. Ultimately, this organization is a good collection of great people that make working there a great experience.
