This is the worst employer I have ever worked for, and I have worked for alot of employers. I was a part of the management team only for a short few months before I found that my duties and responsibilies were not aligned with my morals and values. Unfortunately, the company has a "us against them" attitude. The atmosphere is completely toxic. Not one person is happy in the company and seems like the only people who last there are the ones that rely on the income and who have no alternate choice. Management is after saving every penny. The work environement is depressing and there is no sense of unity. Flight Attendants are miserable and management is miserable. I can honestly say not one person was proud of the company or what it stood for. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
