Worked at AC for 5 years. First time in my work-history, seeing employees sleeping during office hours. It used to be a great employer, it degraded to a terrible place to work. Management doesn't respect its own employees and treat them like their enemies. Employees hate management. Company's culture is toxic -- maybe it still good place to-work-for, for lazy ignorant employee.
Problems are handled using blame, finger-pointing and a cover-your-ass mentality, therefore nothing gets fixed. The majority of management mindlessly follow directives in order to get ahead, even when they know it is not the right thing to do.

Don't waste time applying for a job here. It's not worth your time and efforts!
There's a lot of better company out there.
