I've been at the company for 15 years. It's gone through some rough financial times which has been hard on employees, but the company has always focused on strategies that benefit all of its stakeholders - employees, customers and shareholders. Employees are incredibly proud to be part of Canada's flagship airline and as the company has begun to do better it has increasingly focused on engaging and communicating with employees.
