This companies lacks major leadership. It functions on old school scare tactics to reach out to their employees. Everyone walks on eggshells and the moral is absolutely disgusting. I've seen way better else where and find it very sad for those who love the job itself as they will continue to be treated with disrespect, and they deserve a lot more.
