I have had various positions with AHS and always hoped a different dept. would be better but to no avail. The management is awful, some places like finance they micromanage you to the point of interrogating you on bathroom breaks. Not a happy environment and poorly structured departments. Public money badly wasted and cutbacks everywhere. Really nasty people in the offices everyone is stressed and bullying is rampant. The union for the better part is ineffective against management tyranny but that's Alberta for you.
