Yikes. Everyone in IT is very upset at being unionized. This is not so much AHS' fault as it is Health Care in general in Alberta. I would, however, echo the sentiments about being bullied by management. In fact, by and large management should be replaced across the board. Many of them were merely 'bumped up', or just pushed their way there. The corporate culture is bad, and everyone says 'things were much better before AHS'. It's too bad, really, they had a chance to create something good, but instead created a heap of folks willing to walk over anyone to rise to the top.
