Non-union staff in a salary freeze for many years, extremely toxic environment despite policies around bullying - no real intent to protect staff from bad managers/directors. Inequity in workload, staffing, budgets;over emphasis on use of cubicles which reduces work efficiency. I agree with other reviewer that sticking with a union job is the best option.
