I’ve been employed with AHS for 17 years and as the years go on things instead of getting better, are getting worse to the point I have left AHS completely and refuse to ever work for them again. Too much management, not enough front line workers, no recognition for a job well done. No support from anyone. Staff are miserable. Bullying exists on a daily basis. And it doesn’t seem to matter what dept you work in, its all the same. No moral, no motivation. Just a downright toxic company to work for. I feel sorry for the people who can’t get out. I was lucky enough to be able to leave and have moved onto bigger & better things. Shame on AHS.
