The company has some interesting jobs. High turnover. Management fails to listen to carpenters advice on how to do the work properly. 95% of managers don't have construction industry background. Set rate and benefits are by the union and not employer. Fast advancement due to vacancies with little explanation on how to do the job. It's an easy job if you don't mind slow painful days. Easy pay for little work but have to tolerate management.
