Great place , will retire here no question unless something changes and I move elsewhere defiantly recommend boc to all. My ratings are based on being a full time employee with boc for approximately 5 years.

I posted this comment a few years back and now in 2020, reading all the older comments. I must concur, older staff are simply waiting for their packages and it's work work .. people are at the bottom. Advice is do not waste your time, look elsewhere.
