I have been working for the Bank of Canada for over 19 years, it keeps getting worse .. when people complain they outsource or simply replace.. staff is expected to work boat loads of overtime with no option to say NO, we are paid the oppostite applies to management who work overtime and an NOT paid.. even managers have a poo setup, my recommendation is what was once a fantastic organization has turned it's back on it's employees.

I can not believe this organization is still top 100, as an active employee with 15 years of service it’s been getting worse and worse, what was once a great place to work appear to be an organization that is working on outsourcing and not caring about their staff, a sweatshop of sorts, do not waste your time look elsewhere and staff working in this organization stop thinking it will get better it won’t, I know I’m still working at this organization. It actively looking.

What was a great organization is taking a nose dive, it should not be a top 100 company.
