This place is doomed. I left when I started to see useless managers get promoted. What I learned at the BoC is that when I see incompetent people, I tell them the BoC is a great place to work and they would fit in perfectly. Highly recommend you apply elsewhere unless you are incompetent then you will fit right in IT managers are totally incompetent especially in Cyber
