I've worked for a few security companies in the KItchener Waterloo area and this is by far the worst. My hours and shifts are always changed to suit others.. Not to mention, our superiors on site and in office treat us poorly ( hint hint: the 500lbs one ).The way we are treated is just abhorrent. I hope someone reads this and actually does something about it. respect your workers, pay us a decent wage and treat us well. In turn, you'll get top notch work, pride, loyalty and respect.
