BBC treats employees like bodies that fill a void so the check still comes. They hire anyone who walks through the door and rarely checks references. They demand you complete mandatory training as they deem it and refuse to pay you. Totally against labor laws. They bravely put the demand and refusal to pay in memo form and even in their newsletter. Middle finger to the government. Lol Guards are just an annoyance the office has to deal with as part of doing business. They advance only the people the like or are related regardless of attendance/work ethic/abilities. If they don't like you they harass you and call you in for BS complaints and hope you'll quit. Don't ever think that amount of time you work for them makes you valued because no one is valued. I know several guards that have given 20 plus years and the moment these long serving employees needed BBC support they were fired or basically sent to Siberia. One guard Who is older was asked basically when was he quitting? They don't care about you or how good of a guard you are. They just need you breathing.
