I worked for BCAS for 10+ years part time. No chance of ever getting a full time position unless you're willing to take your family and move around. Management did not listen to concerns or suggestions from employees. The Union was useless except for keeping bad eggs in the basket as long as possible. I had enough after 10 years of Kindergarten and changed occupation.
