  • The job is tough enough with all the different software that is used and not only that, the software always seems to have issues glitches which adds to the difficulty. But it doesn't stop there, the schedules are all over the place. At times you'll be working opening shifts, and others closing. This company will chew you up and spit you out like a old piece of gum. Its always low staffed and low on crew members. Crew members are also fed up with the company when they don't show up for their shifts and sailings are embarrassingly cancelled for a large company like BCF. Management does not support you in this company, so its like you're working against customer pressure and management pressure at the same time while using outdated glitchy software. WARNING! DO NOT WORK HERE!
