  • The Bell Mobility Retention Department in Vancouver runs on favouritism. You will have a hard time advancing in this department unless you are friends with the team leaders and managers. There is no merit, whatsoever. Your work and track record means nothing.
    Since Bell has call centers overseas, only people sent on trips are managers friends. You can be the best at the job but management doesnt care. Its all about politics and who knows who and what race they are. Unless you are in the circle, you are out of luck.
    The pay is good, benefits are great, but,the management will drive you nuts. If you can, stay away. Because if you dont, and you get in, you will have a tough time getting out because of the pay and benefits.
