The worst company to work for hands down. take a look at some of the past reviews and you'll see nothing has changed. Your first red flag is that Bell has never appeared on the top places to work. There's a reason for that. Despite their claims, there is zero opportunity for advancement. it is easier in fact to get a job with another company than to apply internally. Bell is not a Meritocracy where you will be rewarded for going above and beyond, in fact that will get you in trouble more than anything. Bell had a new strategy which is to get rid of all high paid unionized employees and replace them with burger flipper call centers. Burger flipper wages, burger flipper brains. Stay away from these guys.
