I recently left Bell Canada to work for the competition. The new management that came to Bell in 2013 has made a real mess of a once great company. When I first started at Bell; I was very happy and expected to stay there until retirement. I always did very well – I am a hard worker and had pride in my sales role. Since the beginning of 2013 there has been a record number of employees on stress leave. The employees are physically and mentally sick – the new management do not care about the company nor their employees. I wonder if anyone at the top even knows how bad the situation is. The funny thing is that Bell sponsers “mental health” maybe they should take a closer look at how they treat their employees!
