BioWare is one of these rare gems, especially in the game industry. The founders base all their work on humility and integrity, and this trinkles down to the rest of the company. BioWare has one of these rare, very positive corporate cultures, and they have a long and distinguished history of great games to back it up. The company offers a lot of perks (breakfast in the morning is one of them, and boy would I miss it elsewhere), and is very family-friendly, with various events that include family and spouses. That's not to say there aren't occasional problems, but it feels like everyone is trying to work together to resolve them instead of getting into politics. If I have one complaint about BioWare, it's the facilities; they're pretty bad, which is amazing considering how everything else is so good.
