Sure, a family restaurant, but really pretty good to work for. My franchise, anyways. They recognized my hard work when I was under 19, and made me a server anyways. Scheduling is flexible and never an issue, and the people are awesome. Not a lot of pride found in the work, but good people nonetheless. High turnover rate, but that's restaurants. If you can handle the stress, it's not too bad. Tips aren't amazing, but can be decent.
