I've worked at the location in Queensborough for years and it is honestly one of the most horrible companies I have ever worked for. The turnover rate is ridiculous and the whole management system is so flawed. They treat their employees with no respect and promise raises and bonuses but never come through on it. I have friends who have worked for other boston pizzas and they all say the exact same thing. The main problem is that 90% of boston pizza's are franchised so all they care about is their bottom line. As long as they are making money they will cut as many corners as possible. This is one of the most horrible work environments. Please save yourself the agony and DON'T WORK HERE!
