A company that simply does not care about its employees, constantly cutting corners in an attempt to profit the business itself more and more. Absolutely no benefits, not even the basics you would get working at a McDonald's. The company has no sympathy for any disabilities, whether permanent or temporary, any of its employees have. Heaven forbid you ever become sick, you'll be laid off without question.
