I have worked at Boston pizza for just over a year . Biggest issue for me was the balance of control and awareness of FOH and HOH . Expecting far too much from their employes , seems to be a common affair of not having enough staff and not enough of a reason for people to stay and dedicate time to a company that clearly does not care for the root of the company ie the employees ! There are people there that work hard and have put many years into the corporation just to see a new dishwasher get paid the same as them makes no sense . A bit of advice for Boston pizza corporate big wigs invest in the key to your business . Your employees!! Nobody likes not being appreciated
