I worked for this company for 3 years and I loved it. They were like my second family :) They really pay attention to what is going on in your life and are very compassionate towards that.

Glad to hear that you had a positive work enviroment but it depends on which store and department you worked at,compassion i don't think so upper management took advantage of people and where i worked threatened employees to work overtime and their days off, glad i'm no longer with them, the owner really needs to take a look at who is running the day to day business end of their Company.
