I worked for this company for 10 years, at the beginning it was fine, my first manager was great and treated people with respect. Unfortunately after he left his replacement started bad and only got worse. There were multiple times i witnessed other employees in tears from the manager and now the assistant manager screaming at them in front of customers. Several times there were complaints lodged with head office yet nothing was done. It is definitely an old boys culture there. At the end when i went on my stress leave my assistant manager even called me drunk demanding to know when i was coming back.
