My experience is that Canada Post and the union targets the injured and the disabled, bullies and harasses and intimidates these workers out of their jobs, it is so unsafe and violent workplace and the union works with them, they take workers money and turn a blind eye and work with the employer to harass and bully people out of a job, team leaders target these workers and are given bonuses, it is disgusting, they want to privatize and treat people like garbage, people who were once proud to work for them are disgusted at the terrible turn for the very worst this employer has taken.

Why is this flagged as inappropriate when it is the truth, people are sent out to carry the mail when seriously hurt and or suffering from serious illness, terrified to lose their jobs if they say anything to management, some died.
