  • Not a bad job at all, there is nothing wrong in fighting for your country. You learn words like "HONESTY" "INTEGRITY" & "PROFESSIONALISM". You get to learn what they really mean to you as a person, as a former soldier i was proud to have served with the forces and i thank them for what they gave me.

Excellent review. One of the top employers in the country today, and an excellent choice for those who actually want to obtain useful skills and be of value.

I generally parrot everyone's else's comments...just bear in mind this is a culture that does not like to hear the word "NO". This applies to being assigned additional duties despite already being swamped in work, being assigned a position that is far more responsible and normally staffed by a higher rank at your current rank and pay, being moved to places and into jobs for which you have zero affinity for or interest , being employed in work environments such as field situations or sea duty that conflict with one's goals and interests, being employed in HQ situations where very little is accomplished on a daily/weekly/monthly/yearly basis and the resultant ennui that sets in, being forced onto courses for which you already have mastered the skills being taught or will acquire skills which will direct your career in a direction you have no interest in pursuing and a whole myriad of other situations.
