Good place to work except for thw "Old Boys Club`mentality

Sorry to hear that attitude is still occurring.....the Logistics Branch Officers' Corp was rife with this fifteen years ago and I suspect not much has changed. The old boys net, which was populated heavily with Masons, looked after their friends and buddies first with the choice courses, deployments and postings and the rest of us were left to fight over the scraps. I ended up in Ottawa where I did literally nothing for about four of the four and a half years I was there....a waste of tax dollars and my time. When I had good jobs and good bosses, the going was most excellent....when the opposite was true, the place was living hell. I took the money and ran after a twenty two year career.
