This is not the best place to work in Canada. There is a case of misplaced arrogance among its senior employees. It is rather a country club where the senior members have each others back. Bullying of new employees is rampant rather like a high school environment where everything is a popularity contest. It is rather like a cabal.

They do not bully only new employees. Also people that have been there for a few (a lot) years. Management needs a reality check

Some of their management need to remember that they are a mere credit card company and that too getting people to sign up for credit. Credit cards are the lowest form of financial product within the financial services industry. Their pride in their analytical skills is rather misplaced. There are an awful lot more sophisticated and advanced financial products in the world and even in Canada and even more smart and intelligent people running peddling financial and banking products.
