  • If you are looking for an underwhelming, unsatisfying, underpaid work experience... Go work there. Management is under qualified, HR admits to supporting upper management and not it's employees, there are no advancement opportunities. I was told that the problem is that the call center employees don't see things from the businesses perspective, by multiple managers, because I'd express being demotivated by my working conditions. We are the most underpaid call center in Montreal, might as well work anywhere else. Employees there are treated like we very clearly are at the bottom of the barrel. Do not work for capital one Canada in their Montreal office.
