I would recommand working there to people that are looking for reasons to feel depressed. Nowhere in this call center can you ever feel valued. The work is underwhelming, an management spends 90% of their time thinking of ways to screw employees up. And making up useless committees that don't mean crap. Also, this is the perfect work environment if you want to undervalued and treated like a lower-than-par IQ. Only thing that could save this workspace is a union.
