It is all about illusion and acting up in this company. Benefits are not bad but def. NOT competitive to other banking call centers. They say it is the best place to work with for 2014-2015 that is TOTALLY BULLSHIT, multinational corporations paying for such companies to get some recognition/pride. People were undergoing harassment from management and were afraid to speak up to the big boss. It was such a closed circle between seniors. One good agent was there for 20+ years and got fired without any reason. If it happens that you have bad periods in your life or it is not going your way, you will def. end up losing your job pretty quickly. They want the banking system to be more human while behind the seen it is all based on STATS and STATS and STATS and only 20% of anciently to be considered for the schedule you want, knowing that it rotates every 3 months. Compliance is very HIGH, during the month to be able meet up your monthly stats you end up tied to your chair and seriously you cannot even go pee... wait for BACK to BACK calls until you will get very emotional and totally abused. Xmas party is in February and guess what you have to pay $15 to be in (--_____--) ... Energy flow is very weak. -Positive points: breaks are 20minutes because of the elevators + you have ten personal/sick days in a year. Rewards system is pretty good however it is not consistent at all and it depends on the mood of those who offers it. They pay for school tuition however you need at least a (C) average and your yearly stats are supposed to be met strongly. I would rate it 4/10, not a place to sprung up at or get a good quality life.
