  • I currently work for this sorry excuse for a company. The glory days are gone and the days of tyranny and American style management is here. When I hired on, morale was at an all time low, it's gotten lower every year. Management seems clueless as to how things work, you can get fired for not having your boots done up to the top and you can get suspended for 30 days without pay for having a cigarette on the engine with the windows wide open. If you think CP rail is for you then think again. Go find another railway to work for or better yet GO BACK TO SCHOOL! I wish I had...

Or you could follow rules better. Any job will fire you for smoking in the cab of a vehicle why is the railway any different? You are a savage and should work at Mac Donalds
